The outpatient prevention service has become a compulsory service provided by health insurance companies. Every 3 years, you are entitled to an “open spa cure” (lasting 14-21 days) as an outpatient preventive benefit in accordance with §23 Para. 2 SBGV: Apply for this with your family doctor at your health insurance company. If this is rejected, file an objection. Without a cure, you are welcome to bring prescriptions from home or you can visit a spa doctor at. Treatments can be carried out and billed at. You are also welcome to take advantage of our range of therapies without a prescription. Please refer to our brochure for prices.

Please leave the cushions in the room overnight and observe the quiet hours. Complete night's rest from 10 pm.

We will be happy to bring you a bathrobe and bath towels for the thermal baths to your room for a washing fee of €5. Please contact our reception.

Bicycles can be rented at the traffic circle. You can park all bikes in the two carports (locked and open) and charge your batteries in the lockable charging boxes. We will inform you about recommended bike tours at the reception.

If you or your partner are spending your birthday with us and would like a beautiful, laid breakfast table, please let the breakfast service staff know at least one day in advance.

Enjoy our breakfast buffet daily from 8.00 to 10.00 am. Please inform us in advance if you have any food intolerances. “Eat yourself fit - but please don't take anything with you”.

If you would like to have your bed linen and towels changed, please inform our service staff or place the towels on the floor. Bed linen is changed every 8-10 days for longer stays. For the sake of our environment.

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Ashtrays are available outside e.g. on our terrace or your balcony. Please pay attention to your room neighbors.

You will receive the electronic cure and guest card from us. This can be found in your arrival documents if you have completed the online check-in in advance. Information about the discounts and benefits can be found on the form. Please check and correct the data, sign it and hand it in at reception. If you have a disabled person's pass for a disability of 80% or more, please present it at reception.

You can regulate the room temperature using the heating controller on the radiator. There is also a contact on the balcony and window handles that switches off the heating. Window shutters must be fully closed to activate the heating. A small indicator light is located next to the window. If the lamp lights up - NO HEATING!
